Case studies of congress management
– For the European Stroke Congress, as official provider of the Congress Hall, we created the exhibitor manual, 200 poster panels and built 20 modular stands, alongside other services like furniture, graphics, AV and electricity. Additionally, we created a special design for the accreditation area, a mix between carpentry and a shell scheme structure for a creative look and to be cost effective, as well as the internet area or lounge area where the exhibitors could take a rest and check their emails while tasting the catering supply.
– For the European Nuclear Congress, we furnished the accreditation area, branded the reception desks with foam printed graphics and provided modular shelving for the congress bags and the cloakroom structure and furniture. In the 1,600m² exhibition area, we provided huge graphics at the entrance with the congress logo and information, as well as hostesses and catering. We designed and built various shell scheme stands for various exhibitors (more than 400m²).
