HOW DO THEY WORK?

You’ll have the option of a video production service (film crew, sound engineers, scene setting, lighting etc.), should you be planning to film on stage or in a corporate space of your choice.

1. VIRTUAL CONGRESSES, FAIRS & CONFERENCES

Areas included:

LOBBY OR HALL

On joining the virtual conference, attendees will enter a completely personalised lobby space, where a corporate video will welcome them.

The buttons at the bottom of the screen will grant them access to the Auditorium, Exhibition Area, Resources Centre and Networking Lounge.

Choose between multiple templates or upload any image to create the perfect bespoke design.

EXHIBITION AREA

The Exhibition Area within the Virtual Trade Fair offers attendees the opportunity to browse exhibition stands.

An exhibitor directory helps located specific stands, all with the click of a mouse.

Attendees can easily adapt their search criteria to find cabins that meet their individual requirements.

EXHIBITION STANDS

Suppliers can choose between 13 stand templates or opt for a bespoke design.

Virtual event stands can include any digital content including documents, videos, links to websites and social media, surveys and rewards. When a visitor enters a cabin, representatives receive an alert.

Chat options include: private voice call, video chat, direct message or the “drop your business card” option, to allow the sales representative to call you back.

AMPHITHEATRE OR AUDITORIUM

Attendees can visit the virtual Auditorium to view both live or pre-recorded seminar presentations. These can include:

• Q&A session.
• Voting.
• Surveys.
• Presenter biographies and downloadable resources.
• Presentations can be organised in several sessions.
• By attending sessions, visitors have the ability to gain rewards.

NETWORKING AREA

The Networking Lounge offers networking functionalities such as schedules debates, public message boards, group chats by topic and discussion forums.

Organisers can allow visitors the ability to connect in groups or individually. You can also segment by profiles or topics of interest.

RESOURCE CENTRE

A central repository for conference material including videos, documents, links to websites with search tools and bookmarks.

Virtual conference material can be organised into different content windows or a “multimedia wall”.

2. PRODUCT PRESENTATION/ SHAREHOLDER MEETINGS

Current circumstances mean large audiences are no longer an option, forcing us to find alternatives to traditional communication methods. This new reality involves journalists connecting us to press conferences from their homes in an immersive 360º television studio, streamed live for all the attendees tuning in. A whole new style of presentation, carefully put
together for the viewer’s enjoyment. This will no doubt change the way we organise and attend events going forward.

Anyone logging in to the session will have access to all the event details and presenters will build anticipation in the days and weeks leading up to the event with targeted email campaigns, continuing the follow-ups throughout. This demonstrates the conscious efforts and sector-wide push to innovate and come up with incredible projects, whatever the circumstances.

3. PRODUCT CHATS, TRAINING AND EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS WITH LIVE AUDIENCE INTERACTION
