Innovative Tech & Digital Printing
With extensive experience in tech and digital trends, we excel in kinetic screens, motion sensors, interactive pods, giant touch screens, temperature & VR experiences and augmented reality.
Partnering with experienced printers allows us to produce high quality, large-scale digital, interactive, and animated printing for tradeshow displays, posters, banners, vehicle wraps and more.
Account Planning & Development
We take a strategic approach to planning by establishing deadlines and milestones and communicating throughout. We understand the importance of delivering on time and budget and work closely with clients to ensure we meet all requirements.
Proposal Request
Marketing and Project Manager (PM) receives request, reviews it and requests more information, if needed.
PM prepares Design Request; when concept, interactive tech, innovative AV, design layouts, visitor experience, and cost-efficiency is discussed.
Design Proposal
PM works closely with the assigned Design Manager and their team of appointed designers.
This stage exists to fulfil client’s expectations, provide premium design solutions and advise on best options to enhance their stand’s visibility.
Quotation
PM prepares and submits the construction quotation in accordance to the design proposal.
At this stage, design team recommends best quality, most sustainable materials and innovative equipment; within client’s budget restraints.
Production
Production Director and PM create project plan for workshop and suppliers to establish goals and deadlines.
Regular checkpoints agreed with workshop visits or receiving proofs. PM is responsible for deadlines and defining penalty clauses for delays.
Structural calculation, schedule, engineering drawings, sample share, manufacturing supervision, printing and AV tests are completed.
Build
Assembly works is supervised by PM who will also regularly report back to the client to confirm the project’s status.
If required, PM can add further resources to avoid delays in fufilling deadlines. This is achieved without exceeding established budget.
Logistics, transportation, compliance monitoring, AD-HOC furniture, dismantling, and AV Installation are all handled.
Maintenance & Evaluation
PM handles all AD-HOC requests, pre-planning and onsite maintenance to ensure the smooth running.
Services requests can be added including fringe events, gala dinners, conferences, video & photography, accommodation and shuttles.
Post-event analytics measured with client to receive our feedback and allow for improvements to be made to future events.

Sister office in Warsaw and partner hub in Poznan expand our European services.
Our facilities allow us to maintain and refurbish reusable elements via our integrated online inventory, ensuring efficient production and assembly.
Our workshop manages production control, logistics and materials; supported by an extensive global network of partners and suppliers.
