A congress at this scale requires precision. We handled the full operational organisation for the Spanish Nuclear Association designing and building package exhibition stands, managing 30 shell scheme booths, a dedicated lounge area, an accreditation zone and a poster area. We also developed the Exhibitor Manual from scratch.

The brief was functional. The result was a congress environment that was visually striking and operationally useful — spaces that fostered real collaboration between exhibitors and visitors in the nuclear industry.

For their annual conference we designed the full event experience package: stands, graphic design, exhibition signage, furniture, decoration and the Exhibitor Manual.

Each exhibitor received personalised service, professional hostesses and catering that reflected the premium feel of the brand throughout.

Twenty-four hours. That is how long we had to design and install a complete Bioscience hospitality room. Curved LED arch. Custom-built bar. Glow-effect lacquer photocall. Branded entrance and a lighting strategy combining ceiling spots, accent backlighting and stage illumination.

The furniture was selected for comfort and elegance. The whole space was built to perform for in-person networking and for the camera. It aligned perfectly with the client’s brand and budget and it looked like it had been planned for months.

The EASL Congress in Barcelona calls for a design that honours the city’s heritage while matching the geometry of Hepatology. We will be creating two stages inspired by Gaudí’s iconic architecture, supplying furnishings and overseeing AV production including silent disco technology, to ensure clarity of sound and concentration across multiple sessions running simultaneously.
